Tufts University: RUS061 - Russian Literature in Revolution 1880-1930 - Russian - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccessReview:
Professor Carleton was extremely enthusiastic and also had a welcoming class atmosphere. However, I felt the class lacked focus and direction. The discussions often wandered onto bizarre tangents that wasted precious time. I learned far less in the course than I have compared with almost every course I've taken at Tufts. Very disappointing.
Workload:
The workload was very reasonable. About 80-100 pages of reading a week. There were 2 papers that were 7 pages each and a final paper totaling about 12 pages. The topics were incredibly open-ended.
