Tufts University: Monica McTighe - History of Art - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccess
Review:
Her lecturing style is a little hesitant, but she is very well-versed in the material and is very open to student's opinions and observations. One can tell she was the prototypical college art kid by her references to popular culture, but she tends to put that image behind the veil of 'the professor.' Unfortunately that veil creates an artificial distance between her and the students, which can result in very shallow discussions.
Workload:
A good deal of reading was assigned, but it was not essential. There were two short (3-5 pages) papers and two tests, which were graded liberally.
