Review:
Very friendly and enthusiastic about his material. The low workload is offset by tests that seem overwhelming, but tend to be graded generously. If you are not interested in German literature, do not take this course, you will spend it asleep. If German lit is an area of interest, though, this is an excellent course.
Workload:
Two or three papers, and two or three tests. Reading for every class, but you can skip a lot of it if you must.
