Tufts University: Paul Waldau - Comparative Religion - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccess
Review:
Took this class in Fall 2003. Really enjoyed this class. Professor Waldau is accepting of other views and is genuinely concerned for progress. He is not only tolerable of other views, but actively encourages them. He's extraordinarily brilliant, but is not in the least pompous. He made me feel like I was on his level; he made me feel smart.
Workload:
Not a huge amount of reading. The articles weren't hugely interesting. There were occasional quizzes, but the professor would warn us ahead of time. There was a huuuuge 20-page paper final, but it was actually enjoyable to write. As long as it related to religion and animals, any topic was okay.
