Tobin was definitely one of the best teachers I've had at Tufts. He is a great lecturer, and keeps class interesting through demonstrations and questions that require student participation.
Workload:
One p-set a week (lengthy, but usually only medium-difficultly problems), one 2-point reading quiz a week, and 2 exams, not counting the final. There are also 3 or 4 more involved computer assignments throughout the semester.

Tobin is awesome. He is clearly very passionate about the subject and does a very good job of keeping 100+ students coming to class and actually engaged in what he's teaching
Workload:
Reasonable. Problem sets every week, tests, 2 point pop quizzes on the assigned reading.

He is a really enthusiastic teacher. He keeps everyone engaged and uses a lot of visual aids and class participation to make sure that you do not just learn the information, but you retain it and will remember it later.
Workload:
The work load is very reasonable. There is one weekly set of problems that is a combination of a worksheet and some book problems. The recitation time helps to answer questions that you may have about the problems.

All round nice guy, very enthusiastic, and is always there for extra help. Since it's a standard college intro level physics course, hard to say if there is a better or worse way to teach these materials, since it's not like other higher level physics course which let the professor vary the material in more ways, but nonetheless Sliwa still taught it in a good and interesting way. The class is pretty large, but you can always get extra help, and he's always happy to see you at his office hours.
Workload:
Moderate. A problem set every other week. Lab section every other week + a easy /short lab report.

He is a nice guy, and tries very hard, but he is totally incomprehensible. Lectures are useless, and the course material is extremely hard, leaving students with the daunting task of teaching it to themselves. Additionally, he never accomplishes what he wants to during each lecture, meaning that by the end of the year he's 4 chapters behind-- and you have to learn all of them within a week. Do everything you can to avoid taking Physics 11 with him.
Workload:
There was a lot of work, and it was really hard. The problem sets (due every week) were insane.
