Review:
Professor Kantarci is a very energetic, fun and lively professor who cares very much about students? progress. She is usually concerned with students' understanding and class involvement. The bottom line is that you will be very entertained by her and learn a lot about Gender & Islam, Women's Movements and Feminist Ideology in Muslim Societies. She's a wealth of information and really will teach you a lot. She is inviting guest speakers-lecturers every other week that makes the class unique.

Would highly recommend both the class and the teacher.
