Tufts University: Madeline Caviness - History of Art - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccess
Madeline Caviness | FAH129 - Women in Medieval Art and Literature| History of Art2004-07-17

Professor Caviness was an outstanding professor. Very involved in the material, highly encouraging of both class involvement and alternative viewpoints. As a freshman male when I took the class, I felt welcome and appreciated for my views, regardless of the stereotyping of "feminist" classes.

Two major papers, plus a good bit of reading. Assignments were straightforward, and although there was a large amount of reading material, it was certainly manageable.
