Review:
Dr. Scarlett is an excellent professor! He is amazingly knowledgeable and is very concerned with the students' progress. The book used for this class was written by the professor himself and contains very interesting readings. The professor challenges you to think outside the box and helps you develop "tools for thinking." The class is a lot of fun because it includes a lot of activities (i.e. trip to playgrounds, speaker that faciliates a "playing session" with actual use of technological tools for learning, etc).

Workload:
The class is do-able: two 10-page papers (a midterm and a final) and a portfolio with aprox. 7 journal entries. This class is a good one if you like to write papers. Otherwise, the class will help you sharpen your writing skills and force you to write good and insightful papers.
