Review:
A great class to take if you want to learn more theory but don't want to take Tonal Theory I. As long as you have any background in music and know the basics, you will do very well in this class. Prof. Taylor is willing to help anyone with questions or difficulties, and makes the course enjoyable, like a music course should be.

Workload:
Two Written Exams (one midterm and one towards the end of the semester), Two Keyboard Exams (really easy), occasional short composition assignments, one major composition of a theme with variations. If you like music this will all be fun anyway.
