Tufts University: Virginia Drachman - History - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccess
Review:
This is one of those classes where everything is pretty easy and straightforward, so the professor kind of arbitrarily grades. It was a fun class, and I did just fine, but I still think she should have a more clear breakdown of the grades. I would highly recommend getting her to like you, because I don't think her grading is completely fair.
Workload:
Not much reading, 2 exams, one paper.

Review:
I loved this course. I was a little nervous at first that it might be a lot of angry feminists, and it was all girls, but the atmosphere was really nice and I really liked Professor Drachman. Her lectures were very interesting and engaging, and most of the reading we did was very interesting and from primary sources. She makes her points very clear, and the tests don't really spring any surprises on you.
Workload:
Not too heavy- mostly just reading. The readings are interesting for the most part and not too difficult as long as you keep up. There were two midterms and a final paper.
