Tufts University: Karen Eggleston - Economics - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccess
Review:
The course topic was really interesting--ideal for people interested in political economy, IR, and countries like Russia and China. Professor Eggleston was really nice, though sometimes I felt like she wasn't that into our class. She was very available and encouraging of everyone in the class.
Workload:
A lot of reading, that pretty much has to be done because there are pop quizzes (she once joking compared it to EPIIC reading). The reading is interesting though.
A midterm that was not too difficult, if one had kept with course material.
Finally, a 20-25 research paper, that was a semester long project.

Review:
Eggleston presents the material clearly but she can be boring and very dry. I found the class to be fairly easy. I probably wouldn?t take another class with Eggelston. She does post the notes online though, which is nice.
Workload:
Standard work load for an econ class. A couple problems sets a midterm and a final.
