Tufts University: Edward Kutsoati - Economics - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccess
Review:
He's a really nice professor, but sometimes doesn't get the material across that well. The book is kinda useless, you should focus on the class notes. The class material is a bit difficult at times, and really easy at other times, depending on what level of math skills you have or how much math you remember, and you really need to have a lot of math skills. The class covers bits and pieces of AB calc, BC calc, Linear Algebra, Multivariable, and some other random stuff in between. If you have a solid background in math the class should be fairly easy, and Professor Kutsoati gives good partial credit. He is consistently available outside of class, so you can easily catch up if you don't understand something.
Workload:
Not a lot of reading, its more of a do-it-if-you-need-to thing. Assignments can get tough, but he grades pretty leniently. There are only three problem sets for the semester, and two midterms, and one final.
