Tufts University: ENG002R - Love and Sexuality - English - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccessReview:
Professor Paczynska was nice, helpful/straightforward and fair. The small class size made it a nice friendly environment. She loves making fun of herself, which got old, but made the mood of the class light and pleasant. I enjoyed the topic of the course, which heavily revolves around homosexuality and gender (including a lot of transgender-ism). I loved the class, but I can see how other people might not like it.
Workload:
Three six page essays, one 8-10 page research paper and a 4 page creative writing final paper. Two full books and some articles to read. It felt like lots of work/reading at times but was generally pretty manageable and INTERESTING. She drops the lowest grade if you have perfect attendance and lets you rewrite two of your essays (if you have time to). Not too hard to do well if you do the work.
