Tufts University: MATH135 - Real Analysis I - Mathematics - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccessReview:
Absolutely the best math professor in the department. He's has an odd sense of humor that he seamlessly and not so seamlessly integrates in his lessons. What he lacks in hand writing he makes up in his loud voice that probably can be heard at the Sci-Tech building. Answers any question with clarity and has a genuine desire for his students to learn.
Workload:
He is fair. His problems sets can only be a few questions long but they are designed to make you think about the theories and methods in lesson, so they can take quite a long time to do.

Tufts University: MATH135 - Real Analysis I - Mathematics - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccessReview:
I would never ever take another class with Professor Hasselblatt. Class was boring, he made no sense, and he spoke very softly. As confusing as he was during class, he did make up for it by being helpful during office hours.
Workload:
HW was all out of the textbook. Basically, every single problem in the entire book was assigned. The HW requires a lot of time and work. Exams were difficult--the first is designed to weed people out.
