Review:
I would definitely take another course with Professor Hasselblatt. While soft spoken, he is extremely intelligent, can answer nearly any question, and knows how to teach the material. Be prepared for a couple of corny jokes here and there ("gravity is a weighty subject"), but otherwise, a very good professor.

Review:
I would never ever take another class with Professor Hasselblatt. Class was boring, he made no sense, and he spoke very softly. As confusing as he was during class, he did make up for it by being helpful during office hours.
Workload:
HW was all out of the textbook. Basically, every single problem in the entire book was assigned. The HW requires a lot of time and work. Exams were difficult--the first is designed to weed people out.
