Tufts University: E. Todd Quinto - Mathematics - Professor ratings, reviews and much more | JumboAccess
Review:
Todd Quinto is incredibly enthusiastic and a wonderful teacher. He presents topics relatively clearly through examples and notes (although his handwriting is horrible!) and will ALWAYS be sure to answer a question or clarify information at any point. He is also very helpful over e-mail and in office hours. I think we also have been doing a little bit better in general on our tests than some other classes. I would definitely recommend him and would take another class with him!
Workload:
The work is the same for all Calc II classes - about an hour (sometimes more, sometimes less) worth of problems a night. You get all of the assignments the first day of class, and you have to turn one in each class, although you're always allowed to turn stuff in a day (sometimes 2) late and still get credit. I also have rarely had to take the time to reread the book - just my notes - because he's very clear in his explanations
